Designed for small spaces, the Sanicompact toilet from SFA Saniflo not only keeps a low profile, it uses just 1 gallon of water per flush. The product is designed specifically for hard to plumb (or retrofit) spaces. It requires an electrical feed which powers a pump and macerator. By preparing waste at the fixture, it can then pump the discharge through a 1” pipe, up to 9’ vertically. In other words, the fixture can be plumbed into an attic or basement space even in a home with gravity-fed sewage system.
