First Folding Glass Wall System to Meet Passive House Standards

NanaWall Systems new wood/aluminum system with triple glazing and foam is the first folding glass wall system to meet the Passive House Standards of the Passive House Institute. The operable glass wall for openings from three to 39 feet has a U-value of .17 and a Solar Heat Gain Coefficient of .26. The NanaWall WA67 is argon filled Low E glass with triple glazing and foam. It provides thermal performance and weather resistance and meets energy-efficiency standards across Canada and the Northern United States in places such as Maine, Michigan, New York, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and North Dakota.

The NanaWall WA67 with triple glazing is available in more than 200 aluminum finishes for the outside and different wood choices for the inside including FSC wood. For inswing and outswing models with a raised sill, independent testing indicates that there was no water leakage at 12 psf or 68 miles per hour. Air infiltration is also well below the allowable limit.

The WA67 provides flexible solutions to architectural openings up to 39 feet. It is available with more than 50 stacking configurations.
