Trex Co. recently introduced Trex Contours, a lighter weight and less expensive board that accepts the same spans as regular Trex 5/4” boards.
Trex is the only composite decking company with a 15-year track record in harsh environments such as Atlantic coast and the Florida Everglades, according to the manufacturer. Trex Contours offers a 25-year limited warranty.
