TimberTech has made railing installation faster and easier without sacrificing durability with the introduction of its latest innovative railing solution, RadianceRail Express.
Similar to RadianceRail, RadianceRail Express is made from precision-engineered TimberTech composite (made with pre-consumer recycled wood flour) capped with a durable PVC layer giving it the sturdy and structural feeling of a wood railing with a cleaner look while providing the additional value of expedited installation. The system can be installed at 45 degrees without unsightly overhangs on the post cover.
Available in 36” and 42” heights, RadianceRail Express is a single rail system that will initially be available in Coastal White. Components will be available in Rail Packs and Baluster packs. Rail packs come in 6’ or 8’ sections that are pre-routed and include top rail, bottom rail, and mounting hardware. Baluster packs will come in 36” or 42” square profiles.
“With the addition of the RadianceRail Express product to the industry’s leading premium railing line RadianceRail, TimberTech can now compete from a price standpoint with other wood or even vinyl systems with a product that is more sturdy and low maintenance,” notes Brian Ketring, TimberTech Product Manager.
To deliver the product at its value price, TimberTech incorporated some differences from the traditional RadianceRail products. Instead of drilling each baluster, RadianceRail Express has a routed baluster receiver for ease of installation and the system passes all code requirements. Also, post sleeve covers are 4” x 4” with simple, rounded corners and still work with TimberTech’s award winning DeckLites. Post sleeve covers are available in 39” and 8’ sections.
RadianceRail Express offers exposed color matched mounting hardware and cleaner and simpler post caps and skirts.
For homeowners or contractors desiring a lower price and hidden fastening, the 4 x 4 post sleeve, cover and skirt can be intermixed with the RadianceRail system.
