EcoGlass is well-suited for a range of commercial and residential applications, including sliding doors, shower enclosures, and lighting.
Manufactured by Glasfabrik Lamberts in a clean-burning oxygen/fuel-fired cast glass furnace, EcoGlasses contain a minimum 20% pre-consumer and up to 40% post-consumer recycled glass. EcoGlass has excellent daylighting qualities and is available in 10 textures, offering varying degrees of privacy.
The glass can be supplied in combination with custom color interlayers or color coatings for decorative feature walls and backsplashes. Bendheim’s proprietary color-coating process employs isocyanate-free pigments and produces a VOC-free, maintenance-friendly product. The glass is offered in 5/32”, 1/4” and 3/8” thicknesses and is available in sheet sizes up to 70” by 126”. Samples and more information are available from Bendheim www.bendheim.com
