Whirlpool’s Duet Sport HT and Duet Sport Washer and Dryer Pairs deliver great performance and easy operation, while conserving energy and water, the company claims. These large-capacity, front-loading appliances use half the water and energy required by traditional top-load washers. With accelerated dry times that are faster than wash cycle times, there is no lag between cycles. Whirlpool’s innovative suspension system allows the washer to spin up to 1,100 rpm without walking on its base. These appliances can be installed as stacked units, go under the counter, or be placed on optional 10-inch or 15-inch pedestals.
